When asked which commandments were the most important, Jesus replied: You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.
This is the first and great commandment.
And the second is you shall love your neighbor as yourself.

Why is this so hard...?
Wow! Did you know that the practice of Mindfulness has been shown to increase neuroplasticity and promote brain mass? Want to get smarter? Want to live a better life? Want to pray more thoughtfully? Start meditating!
Are you struggling spiritually, or just in life? Do you want to promote healing within yourself and those around you? All it takes is a healthy relationship - to love God, and others as yourself. How do we do that? These meditations are a start.
Are you neglecting your own needs and feeling burnt out? If you are burned out, overworked, and stressed, you are not "loving" yourself, and will be out of balance with those with whom you love and the Divine.

Some Christians forget that Jesus was a Jew, in fact, a Rabbi - and proud of it! Islam grew out of Christian and Jewish traditions. If God is perfect, then God must have created all of us on purpose...perfectly. Like it or not, we all come from and are of the Spirit.
Accept God's love is intended for all.
