Holy Light

Center, centering, and Re-center

A meditation designed for those experiencing stress or just feel out of balance.  We are never always centered. Centering should be practiced throughout the day to center and to bring us back into that inner place of peace and self-control.  

Positive "Power" Affirmations

Scientists estimate that our conscious mind  makes up 20% of our brain.  Often, those unconscious or subconscious levels include memories of trauma, pain, and disappointment.  Like a computer, we must reprogram ourselves.  Reprogramming takes repetition to overcome all the fears and self-doubts.
